Female Variegated Fairy-Wren

Female Variegated Fairy-wrens may not be as flamboyant as their male counterparts but they're equally beautiful.

There's a small caveat on these pictures because non-mating and juvenile males are hard to tell from females.

This post shows off both female fairy-wrens and some youngsters, including a short video of a pair of babies being fed.
